Erin Mayfield, DO, DipABLM, DipAOBOG 

Dr. Erin Mayfield is board certified in Lifestyle Medicine and Obstetrics-Gynecology. She  is a Harvard Chef Coach. She is the Founder and CEO of Lifestyle Medicine Wellness and Recovery, LLC, an interactive group coaching practice offering personalized lifestyle interventions and Culinary Medicine classes on a web-based platform. She has over 40 years of experience taking care of patients.  Her passion has always been helping people improve their health and resilience using the Six Pillars of Health. Dr. Mayfield started the first Lifestyle Medicine service in the Florida Panhandle, with 1:1 consults and culinary medicine cooking classes. She is a member of numerous professional and civic organizations, including the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and the Teaching Kitchen Collaborative.
