Claudine Holt, MD, MPH, DipABLM 

Dr. Claudine Holt, MD, MPH, DipABLM, BCC, is board certified in Occupational and Environmental Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine. She received her undergraduate degree from Georgetown University and completed her MPH and residency at Johns Hopkins University. She is an assistant professor at the Selikoff Centers for Occupational Medicine at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York.  


She believes in a holistic and integrative approach to healing that addresses the mind, body, and spirit. Beyond her medical training, she is a board-certified coach (BCC), feminine embodiment coach, professional certified coach through the Life Coach School, and has additional certifications in integrative somatic trauma and clinical hypnotherapy.


In her private coaching practice, The Embodied MD, she teaches women how to stop gaslighting themselves so they can recover from burnout without feeling guilty.
